Melissa leads one of the bank’s three primary lines of business, Deposits. Her responsibilities include the creation and execution of a nationwide digital banking platform as well as working closely with the executive team in forming strategic partnerships and investment opportunities with a variety of fintechs across the country.
Melissa has spent over 19 years in community banking, serving in various leadership roles focused on customer service, business development and team building. She is most passionate about delivering impactful strategic change to meet company objectives and disrupting traditional banking practices. Melissa thrives in nbkc’s fast-paced environment and is forever an optimist.
When she’s not working, you’ll find her at the lake with her husband and lab pup or traveling somewhere new.
